With the Performance Upgrade software installed, the engine delivers 220 horsepower petrol-fuelled and 230 horsepower ethanol-fuelled and a maximum torque of 340 Nm respectively 360Nm. The increased torque is available over the entire RPM range, and thanks to the fast-spooling turbocharger, the engine has a quick and smooth pedal response. In addition to the improved wide-open throttle performance, part throttle fuel consumption could be reduced, so that not only does the car become more spirited to drive, it also consumes less fuel under normal driving conditions.
