This performance upgrade delivers an astonishingly different driving experience compared to the original engine calibration. The available torque and power is immensely increased, providing a completely new driving experience equalling that of a much larger displacement engine. The increased torque is available over the entire RPM range, and thanks to the fast-spooling turbocharger, the engine has a quick and smooth pedal response. In addition to the improved wide-open throttle performance, part throttle fuel consumption could be reduced, so that not only does the car become more spirited to drive, it also consumes less fuel under normal driving conditions.
