A: No, but we can issue documents for products sold by us.
Q: The ECU in my Hirsch car is broken. Can you send me the software?
A: No, we only supply our software via our IPRO dealers. If you have a Hirsch-tuned car and the ECU is broken, please go to one of our dealers. They know the correct procedure for reinstallation. Reinstallation is only possible if the damaged ECU is still in the car.
Q: Can I buy an IPRO online and use it to upgrade my car?
A: No. The IPRO is a tool for Saab dealers with whom we have a business relationship. An IPRO without our support is useless.
Q: I bought a used ECU. Can you tell me what it is for?
A: As it is not in our company’s interest for old, potentially damaged ECUs to be reused, we do not offer any support for them.
